Southridge, Forest Park advance to Regional

The Southridge Raiders and Forest Park Rangers both won sectional Saturday.

Southridge won over Vincennes Lincoln, 69-65 in double-overtime at Memorial Gym to take home the 3A Sectional title. The Raiders will host Silver Creek in the 3A Regional this Saturday.

Forest Park won the 2A Sectional at Castle with a 47-44 triumph over North Posey with a last-second three-pointer by Noah Fleck. This is their ninth straight victory. The Rangers will face off against South Knox this Saturday in the 2A Regional at Paoli.

Northeast Dubois dropped a 68-54 decision to the host Blackhawks in the 1A Sectional 64 at Springs Valley.
