Sheriff’s office investigating fatal ATV crash

The Dubois County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a fatal traffic crash involving an ATV and a motor vehicle that occurred at 4:35 p.m. Monday west of Huntingburg.

The crash closed down State Road 64 near County Road 750 West Monday afternoon while officers investigated the crash that occurred about three and a half miles west of Huntingburg.

The sheriff’s office was assisted at the scene by troopers from the Indiana State Police, Huntingburg Volunteer Fire Department, Memorial EMS, and Uebelhor and Sons wrecker service.

No further information is being released at this time due to notification efforts for family.
