Ruth “Pauline” Neukam, 97, Hillham

Ruth “Pauline” Neukam, 97, of Hillham, entered into eternal rest on February 6, 2018, at Springs Valley Meadows, French Lick.

She was born on July 19, 1920, in Martin County to Sylvester and Nancy (Qualkinbush) Archer.

Pauline married Calvin Frederick Neukam on April 5, 1937, and he preceded her in death on April 11, 1982.

She was also preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, Claude, Thomas, Woodrow and George Archer; and four sisters, Hattie Lagenour, Ora Etta Hall, Annis Jones and Laura Harris.

Pauline is survived by one daughter, Nancy Brosmer of Crystal; four grandchildren, Calvin “Nick” Knight, Shanna Wyatt, Dawn Linne and Jeff Brosmer; one great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Cremation was chosen and a Celebration of Life Service will be conducted by Father Ben Syberg at 6 p.m. Thursday, February 8, 2018, at the Brosmer-Kemple Chapel in French Lick.

A private burial will be held at a later date.

Friends may call from 4 p.m. until the time of service.
