Ross set to open Saturday

The new Ross Dress for Less will open Saturday in the North Ridge Shopping Center on Jasper’s north end.

The national retailer will officially open for business at 8:45 a.m.

The store will move into the old Goody’s location.

This weekend’s opening is just the latest in local business changes within the past year or so.  Some national retailers like Staples, Carson’s and Kmart have closed their Jasper locations, while others have opened in Jasper like Ross, Harbor Freight and Jo-Ann Fabric.

    1. Not all of Jasperites can afford “The Square” And why not spend less $ on the same clothes… Don’t give more to the rich than absolutely necessary. Don’t buy China at Walmart. Swap at St. V’s or Goodwill. Ima? Your response?
