Rosa Lee Steffe, 84

Rosa Lee Steffe, age 84, passed away Saturday (January 19, 2013) in Brookside Village in Jasper.

She was born in Jasper, Indiana January 28, 1928 to Carl and Loretta (Dupps) Steffe.

Rosa Lee retired from Jasper Desk Company in Jasper where she worked for 38 years as an administrative assistant.

She was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Daughters of Isabella and the St. Ann’s Society. Also a member of the Memorial Hospital Auxiliary.

She enjoyed her card club.

Brother, James Steffe and his wife Joan, Celestine, IN

One niece, one nephew and four great nephews.

Preceding her in death was two brothers Bob Steffe and another brother Arnold Steffe died during WWII while serving in the Army Also one sister Charlene Steffe.

Funeral services for Rosa Lee Steffe will be held at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday (January 23, 2013) in St. Joseph Catholic Church with burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery in Jasper.

Friends may call from 2-7 p.m. Tuesday at the Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper.

Rosary will be held at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday by the D of I’s and the St. Ann’s Society.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church or to a favorite charity.
