Ronald Lechner, 52
Ronald Lechner, age 52 of Jasper, passed away at 6:15 a.m. Monday (January 21, 2013) at his home.
He was born in Jasper, Indiana March 21, 1960 to Vincent and Ruth M. (Hartz) Lechner.
He was a member of the Jasper High School class of 1978, and he was a graduate of Ball State University with a degree in Social Work.
Ronald Lechner was a social worker and had worked for the Muscatatuck Hospital in North Vernon, Indiana for many years.
He attended the Christian Church of Jasper.
He enjoyed reading and computers.

- Tim Lechner, and his wife Janet Jasper, IN
- Kevin Lechner, Louisville, KY
Many nieces and nephews.
Preceding him in death besides his parents is one sister Mary Denise Lechner, who died in infancy.
Funeral services for Ronald Lechner will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday (January 24, 2013) at the Christian Church of Jasper, with burial to follow at a later date. Pastor Darrel Land will officiate.
Friends may call from 2:00-8:00 p.m. on Wednesday (January 23, 2013) at the Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper.
