Robert W. “Bob” LeRoy, 83, Evansville

Robert W. “Bob” LeRoy, 83, of Evansville, died Friday, January 11, 2019, at Memorial Hospital in Jasper.    

Bob was born December 25, 1935, in Evansville to Walter A. “Pat” and Ava (Stewart) LeRoy.

He was a graduate of Dale High School in 1953 and a U.S. Army veteran.    

He is survived by two daughters, Debra Schrammel and Cynthia DuVall both of Bowling Green, Ky.; a grandson, Damon Heltsley; granddaughter, Jessica DuVall Johnson; great-grandchildren Emma and Ellis Heltsley, all of Bowling Green; extended family, grandchildren, Jennifer Giles, Jaclyn Giles Duncan and Kristy Giles, all of Evansville; three sisters, Joanne (Eugene) Balsmeyer, Pat (David) Hemmer-Sickbert and Diana (Steve) Clark; brother, Mike LeRoy; his Ellis Park family and library friends.

He was preceded in death by the love of his life, Lyndel “Linda” Giles, his parents, three sisters Barbara Seneff, Janice LeRoy and Sue Cooper, two brothers Eugene Poe and Steve LeRoy.

There will be a graveside service on Saturday, April 6, 2019, at 1:00 p.m. CST at the Dale Cemetery.
