Robert Taylor, 91, Cannelburg

Robert Taylor, 91, of Cannelburg, Indiana, passed away at 5:35 a.m. Thursday, February 16, 2023, at Brookside Village in Jasper, Indiana.

He was born September 14, 1931, in Daviess County, Indiana to the late Lowell E. and Helen Lucille (Edwards) Taylor.

Robert married Lou Anna H. Weisman on February 13, 1954, and she preceded him in death on July 8, 2022.

Robert was a United States Army veteran and served for two years. He co-owned Country Look with his late wife, Lou Anna. They specialized in custom-made draperies. He also was a lifelong grain and livestock farmer.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Lou Ann Taylor; parents, Lowell and Helen Taylor.

Robert is survived by his daughter, Debra Taylor of Cannelburg and a grand dog, Rusty.

A memorial service to honor the lives of Robert and Lou Anna will be held at 12:00 p.m. Friday, February 24, 2023 at Blake & Wagler Funeral Home in Montgomery, Indiana. Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery – Reeve Twp.

Visitation will be held Friday, February 24, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
