Rita D. Petry, 58
Rita D. Petry, age 58, of Birdseye, Indiana, passed away at 4:29 p.m., Sunday, September 2, 2012 at Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper.
She was born August 8, 1954 in Huntingburg, Indiana to Dorris and Viola (VanWinkle) Wright. She was united in marriage to Terry W. Petry on December 5, 1987 in Owensboro, Kentucky. Rita formerly worked at Dubois Wood Products. She was preceded in death by: one brother, Randy Wright; and two sisters, Marie Choate and Wanda Smith.

Funeral services for Rita D. Petry will be held at 10 a.m., E.D.T., on Thursday, September 6, 2012 at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg with burial to follow at Birdseye Cemetery in Birdseye, Indiana. The Rev. Albert Madden will officiate the services.
Friends may call for visitation at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg from 2:00-8:00 p.m., Wednesday.
