Representative shares mayor’s story on House floor

Eighth District Congressman Larry Bucshon, M.D., took to the House floor on Thursday to urge support for H.R. 6, the 21st Century Cures Act.

During his remarks, Bucshon shared the story of Ann Seitz, the late wife of Jasper Mayor Terry Seitz, who passed away in 2010 after a two-year battle with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). The disease is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects the brain and spinal cord.
