Redemption moves gatherings online in wake of COVID-19

Redemption Christian Church, a multi-site church in Jasper and Loogootee, will be gathering online on Sunday, March 15, to worship together. Everyone is welcome to join a digital service online on all of Redemption’s church-wide digital platforms: the Redemption App (including an Apple TV app), YouTube, Facebook, and RedemptionIN.com. The service will be available on-demand Sunday morning at 8 a.m. EDT. It can be viewed via smartphones (many are also capable of streaming to TVs), tablets, Apple TV, and/or computers.

Redemption’s Jasper Campus, 1450 Energy Dr., and Loogootee Campus, 1 Loogootee Plaza, will both honor Indiana Gov. Eric Holcomb’s guidance, limiting large-scale gatherings.

Redemption’s leadership has decided to love our neighbors via striving for public safety during this unique time in our nation. However, everyone is invited to gather on Sunday in homes with community groups, neighbors, and others, and participate in the digital service together, keeping in mind the governor’s recommendations.

In the coming days, Redemption leadership will evaluate all gatherings at Redemption — including Wednesday student ministry gatherings — and any necessary actions and/or cancellations.
