Redemption Christian Church releases new music, The House of God, Forever: A Psalms EP
Redemption Christian Church — with campuses in Jasper, Loogootee, and Tell City, Indiana — has released a new musical project, The House of God, Forever: A Psalms EP, to streaming and digital download services worldwide.
Released Sept. 1, The House of God, Forever: A Psalms EP is a five-song extended play (EP) recording consisting of songs featuring Redemption staff members Ryan Lynton, Daniel Ross, and Caleb Spencer.

Staff member Kurt Neighbors co-produced the project with Lynton, Ross, and Spencer, while musical assistance was provided by Redemption volunteers and friends. The House of God, Forever: A Psalms EP is now available via streaming/download outlets such as Spotify, Apple Music, Apple’s iTunes Store, Amazon Music, YouTube Music, and other outlets.
The project comes on the heels of the church’s recently completed sermon series — Summer Playlist — examining various chapters of Psalms.

The EP kicks off with Caleb Spencer covering Switchfoot frontman Jon Foreman’s 2008 prayerful song The House of God, Forever, inspired by Psalm 23. Daniel Ross follows up with a tender original acoustic ballad All I Am Belongs To You from Psalm 63. Ryan Lynton makes his debut Redemption recording/composition with the confessional Need You Here from Psalm 51. Ross returns for the rollicking original Help Is Near from Psalm 46, and Redemption-adjacent band Five Means To An End (a band comprised of Redemption staff, volunteers, and friends) rounds out the EP with their original rock song Dogs At My Door from Psalm 10.
Redemption Christian Church takes a unique approach to music worship via varying styles. The church currently has eight different bands ranging from Americana roots-flavored, modern worship, to classic rock, while hitting several musical points in between to present the gospel in as much musical diversity as possible.
The House of God, Forever: A Psalms EP is the twelfth recording project — including singles, EPs, and albums — released by the church or its various bands since 2011.
