Ray Francis Knight, 81, West Baden Springs

Ray Francis Knight, 81, of West Baden Springs, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, January 7, 2021, at IU Health Paoli, Paoli, Indiana.

He was born in West Baden Springs, Indiana on August 30, 1939, to Francis Knight and Ola (Qualkenbush) Knight.

Ray married Joan Peterson on May 16, 1986, and she preceded him in death on September 6, 2020.

He was also preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Jesse Knight; one sister, Martha Morrison; one daughter, Traci Harrington; two granddaughters, Risha Knight and Sarah Knight.

He is survived by three sons, Doug Knight (Teresa), David Knight (Kathy), and Dale McNeely (Becky); four daughters, Rhonda Dillard (Johnny), Dina Smitson (Tracy), Sherry Arnold (Jim), and Linda Anderson (Todd); two sisters, Maxine Parks and Fay Hammond (Buddy); several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

A private graveside ceremony will be conducted at Ames Chapel Cemetery.

Due to the coronavirus pandemic, attendance will be limited to 25 guests at a time. Guests are required to wear masks and practice social distancing (6 feet or more).

Visitation will be Tuesday, January 12, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home, French Lick, Indiana.
