Quality Inn celebrates new additions to Huntingburg property
To celebrate some updated and new amenities at the Quality Inn, the Huntingburg Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon-cutting Friday, June 1, 2018, at 9 a.m. at the hotel, 406 E. 22nd Street.
Owners Hemang and Darshana Shah recently added a brand-new splash pad in the hotel’s courtyard. Also, the hotel pool, hot tub, and kiddie pool have been newly remodeled.
“Many visitors come to Huntingburg during the summer to enjoy what Southern Indiana has to offer, ” Hemang said. “By providing resort-style accommodations, the Quality Inn wants to keep the tourism in Huntingburg and support other local businesses as well.”
Other hotel amenities include complimentary hot breakfast, free wi-fi, free cable with HBO, and in-room micro fridge. To accommodate the needs of guests, the Quality Inn offers rooms with one king bed, two queen beds, and two room family suites. The hotel also offers an elegant king room complete with a red heart-shaped hot tub, which is perfect for newlyweds or a romantic getaway. The authentic Mexican restaurant, Los Dos Charros, which is in the property’s lobby, offers a convenient dining experience.
The Shahs bought the Dutchman Inn in June 2003.
