Property tax statements mailed

Property tax statements will be mailed this week, according to Dubois County Treasurer Chad Blessinger.

The final day to pay the first installment of property taxes on time is May 10th. The Treasurer’s office is open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. An after-hours drop box is also available on the Dubois County Annex building on the corner of 6th and Jackson Streets in Jasper. The office will announce extended hours closer to the due date.

If a taxpayer does not receive a statement by April 21st, they should contact the Treasurer’s office for a duplicate statement. The office phone number is 812-481-7080.
