Premier Property to break ground on new Petersburg development

Petersburg — Jasper-based Premier Property Management will break ground on Prides Creek Apartments, a new 64-unit market-rate residential development, at 11:30 a.m. EST Wednesday, Sept. 16, 2026, at 4225 North Buchta Drive in Petersburg.

The development includes 32 one-bedroom units and 32 two-bedroom units, with construction expected to begin in September. Rental rates and a projected completion date have not yet been finalized.
