Pfister agrees to date for survey work

Property owner Bob Pfister made his appearance in the Dubois County Circuit Court today after evicting Lochmueller Group surveyors from his family property on Trainer Lane twice in June.
Pfister read from a prepared statement regarding the generational importance of the land before being cross-examined by Deputy Attorney General Wesley Garrett.
Dubois County Circuit Court Judge Nathan Verkamp worked with Pfister and Jason Dupont, Director of Environmental Services with Lochmueller Group, to determine a date, July 10 at 8:00 a.m., when surveyors can access Pfister’s property to conduct their work.
