Peachy Cream Dessert

Ingredients:
- 1 c. butter or margarine
- 2 c. self-rising flour (OR put 1 ½ tsp. baking powder & ½ tsp. salt into a measuring cup & add all-purpose flour until it measures 2 c.)
- 1 c. nuts – pecans or English walnuts
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softene
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- fresh peaches, sliced
- 14 oz. peach glaze (found in produce section)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix butter and flour together until crumbly; stir in nuts. Press into greased 9” x 13” pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Allow crust to cool.
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together until fluffy. Mix in Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.
Arrange fresh peaches over cream cheese mixture. Carefully spread glaze over peaches. Cover & refrigerate until time to serve.
