Pauline B. “Polly” Schwartzmiller, age 89, passed away at 11:06 p.m. Monday (March 4, 2013) in Lebanon, Kentucky.

She was b born April 26, 1923 in Marion County Kentucky to John Martin and Lyda O’Daniel Blandford. She married Leo Schwartzmiller June 28, 1944; he preceded her in death August 3, 2006.

Polly was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Jasper.

Surviving,

  • Daughter, Cathie Browning and her husband Kenny, Campbellsville, KY

Two sons,

  • Frank Schwartzmiller and his wife Nancy, Atlanta, GA
  • Mark Schwartzmiller and his wife Lisa, Crestwood, KY

Five grandchildren, Jamie (Jessica) Browning, Beth Browning, Stacey (Kevin) Spaulding, Joe Schwartzmiller and Maggie Schwartzmiller; four great-grandchildren: Cameron Leake, Eli Spaulding, Adrian Browning and Brianna Browning.

Sister-in-law, Frances Kunz, Jasper, IN

Also several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by several brothers and sisters.

Funeral services for Pauline Schwartzmiller will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday (March 9, 2013) in St. Joseph Catholic Church with burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery in Jasper.

Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Friday (March 8, 2013) at the Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church or a favorite charity.
