Patterson recognized among top 1% by United Wholesale Mortgage

Local mortgage broker, Darren C. Patterson, has been recognized by United Wholesale Mortgage (UWM), the nation’s largest wholesale mortgage lender, for two distinct achievements in 2025.

Patterson was recognized among the top 1% of producing mortgage brokers in the State of Indiana within UWM’s broker network. This designation reflects strong production, consistent performance, and a continued dedication to guiding clients successfully through the mortgage process.

In addition to top one percent recognition, Patterson has been named one of the top 20 Purchase Mortgage Brokers in Indiana through UWM. This recognition highlights a strong focus on helping homebuyers successfully purchase homes and navigate today’s competitive real estate market with confidence.

Together, these honors place Patterson among an elite group of mortgage professionals in Indiana recognized for excellence in production, service, and results.

Patterson remains focused on providing personalized mortgage guidance and solutions for homebuyers and homeowners throughout Indiana. A retired U.S. Army senior non-commissioned officer and veteran advocate, he continues to place special emphasis on assisting fellow veterans and working families in achieving the dream of homeownership.
