Patrick B. Sermersheim, 73, of Jasper, passed away at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 25, 2020, in Deaconess Gateway in Evansville, Indiana.

Pat was born in Huntingburg on June 11, 1947, to Sylvester and Mary Lou (Garland) Sermersheim. He married Guadelupe Galindo on April 20, 1969, in Brewton, Alabama. She preceded him in death on November 15, 2019.
He was a graduate of Jasper High School in 1965.
He was a United States Navy Veteran (EM3) stationed on the USS Lexington at Mayport, Florida, serving from 1968-1971.
During his military service time, he earned degrees in electronics and electrical engineering to be an electrician.
He worked as a lineman for Dubois REC for 45 years.
He was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Jasper, Indiana, V.F.W. Post #673, Jasper Gun Club, the Star Chapter, and a lifetime member of the NRA.
He enjoyed riding his motorcycle and had a passion for guns, specifically precision shooting and reloading ammo.
He is survived by two daughters, Benita (Daniel) Beckman of Jasper and Tracey (Bill) Martin of Jasper; five grandchildren, Miranda Combs, Carmilla Bradley, Nicholas Combs, Brandon Bradley, and Taras Beckman; two great-grandchildren, Luca James Bradley, and Mason Knies; mother, Mary Lou Wehr of Terre Haute; two sisters, Sylvia Thomas of Florida and Jane Walters of Terre Haute; one brother, Jim (Victoria) Sermersheim of Ohio.
Preceding him in death besides his wife, is his father, Sylvester Sermersheim.
Private services were held.
