Patricia Jean Mansini, 93, Ferdinand

Patricia Jean Mansini, 93, Ferdinand, passed away Monday, Nov. 28, 2016, in Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center in Jasper.

She was born in Indianapolis on Feb. 9, 1923, to Thomas J. and Louise (Seuffert) O’Connor. She married Angelo Mansini in 1944 at St. Phillip Catholic Church in Indianapolis. He preceded her in death in 1995.

Mrs. Mansini attended St. Phillip Parochial School, the Franciscan Academy and Marian College. She worked for many years in the Center Township assessor’s office and was a trust officer at Indiana National Bank. She was a former member of St. Phillip, St. Andrew and St. Lawrence Catholic churches in Indianapolis and was a member of St. Ferdinand Parish.

Surviving is a son, Guy Mansini, OSB, of St. Meinrad.

She was preceded in death by a son, Matthew Mansini, and a sister, Margaret Connel.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Little Flower Catholic Church in Indianapolis. Burial will be in Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Becher Funeral Home in Ferdinand and after 10 a.m. Friday at the church.
