Patricia G. Onyett, 57, Petersburg

Patricia G. Onyett, 57, of Petersburg, passed away on Sunday, August 10, 2025, at Deaconess Gateway Hospital.

She was born in Washington, Indiana, on January 1, 1968, to Gordon and Marcia Gideon.

She was a 1986 graduate of Pike Central High School and former owner of The Caddyshack. 

She was preceded in death by her father Gordon Gideon, son Tyler Onyett, and sister Jana Brumfield.

She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Kerry Onyett; daughter Tara (Wes) Onyett Mullis; grandchildren Adam Onyett, Laken Mullis, Gavin Onyett and Lily Onyett; mother Marcia Gideon; brothers Tony (Angie) Gideon and Jarrod Gideon; and several other family members and friends.

Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, August 15, 2025, at Harris Funeral Home in Petersburg, Indiana, with burial to follow at Walnut Hills Cemetery.  A walk-through will begin at 10:45 a.m. until service time.
