Opal Mary Andry, 91
Opal Mary Andry, 91, of DeLand, Fla., formerly of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed away on Friday, October 23, 2015, in Orange City, Florida.
She was born September 15, 1924 in Celina, Tennessee, to Lawrence and Zula (Lee) Brady. She married Farrell E. Andry on April 6, 1947 in Westfield, Indiana.
She worked at Inland Container Corporation in Indianapolis for 45 years and enjoyed traveling.
Opal was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Farrell E. Andry; four sisters, Emma Eckle, Ernal Cagle, Buna White and Ermin Reecer; and two brothers, Carson Brady and Farley Brady.
She is survived by one sister, Annie Davis of DeLand, Fla.; special nieces and nephews.
Memorial services for Opal Andry will be held at 12:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 3, 2015, at the Nass and Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg.
Craig Taylor will officiate at the memorial and the Birdseye Order of the Eastern Star #590 will conduct a prayer vigil as part of the memorial services. Private interment of the cremains will take place at Fairmount Cemetery in Huntingburg.
Friends may gather at the Nass & Son Chapel prior to the service from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
