OFS promotes tech leaders to support continued innovation and growth
OFS announces the promotion of three technology leaders whose experience and leadership will support the company’s continued growth, innovation, and operational excellence.
These promotions reflect OFS’ commitment to developing talent and investing in technology that strengthens the organization and delivers value to customers.

Tim Hopper Promoted to Vice President of Strategic Technology
Tim Hopper has been promoted to Vice President of Strategic Technology, overseeing Front End Development, Selling Tools, Data and Analytics, eCommerce, CRM, eTools, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Development. Hopper has played a key role in expanding OFS’ technical capabilities and developing internal teams, including leading the development of selling tools such as MyProjects and contributing to the company’s CRM initiative. He also leads the Data and Analytics team, which provides a foundation for future enterprise initiatives.
“Tim Hopper has a strong ability to align technology strategy with business objectives,” said Scott Franzel, Senior Vice President of Technology. “His leadership across data, analytics, and digital platforms is helping OFS make smarter decisions and better serve our customers.”
Tim Verkamp Promoted to Vice President of Operations Technology
Tim Verkamp has been promoted to Vice President of Operations Technology, with responsibility for Communications, Infrastructure, Productivity Applications, Helpdesk Support, Cloud Deployment and Management, Licensing, and Security. Verkamp has strengthened OFS’s operational technology environment, including leading the development of the company’s Security Operations Center (SOC) and advancing continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and security.
“Tim Verkamp’s focus on operational excellence has helped build a secure and scalable technology foundation,” Franzel said. “His leadership ensures we can support growth while maintaining reliability and security for both our internal teams and our customers.”
Jake Kilian Promoted to Director of ERP Technology
Jake Kilian has been promoted to Director of ERP Technology. In this role, Kilian will be responsible for all ERP technology and systems across the organization. With this promotion, he will transition from operational responsibilities to focus on the strategic direction and ongoing development of OFS’ ERP platforms.
“Jake’s deep systems knowledge and his ability to lead through complex initiatives make him a natural fit for this role,” Franzel added. “This transition allows him to focus fully on applications that are critical to our business and to the teams who rely on it every day.”
