Norman E. Bell, 81

Norman E. Bell age 81 passed away at 2:50 p.m. Tuesday (September 13, 2011) in The Waters of Jasper.

He was born on September 4, 1930 in Jackson, Michigan to Lynford and Thelma (Trombley) Bell. He had two marriages; 1st marriage to Elaine (Schnorberger) who preceded him in death on November 4, 1995. 2nd marriage to Patricia Tobitt on July 2, 1998.

Norman Bell a U.S. Air Force Veteran had operatored a Truck Line out of Indianapolis, Indiana that covered several states. He also was active in local politics in Monroe, Michigan.

He was a proud alumina of Monroe Catholic Central High School in Monroe, Michigan. He was a past member of the Monroe Jaycee’s.

•  Mrs. Mike (Diana) Brandes, Ferdinand, IN
•  Susan Underhill, Mooresville, IN

Five grandchildren and three great granddaughters.

One step-daughter:

• Tahiti Woods, State of Maine

Four step-sons:

•  Milton Rader
•  Thomas Rader
• Isaac Rader
•  Nathan Rader all of Tennessee

Preceding him in death besides his first wife is a great granddaughter Elaine Chamness.

Private services were held on Tuesday evening at The Water’s in Jasper.
