Nicky Ray Stackhouse, 61

Nicky Ray Stackhouse, 61, of French Lick, passed away at 12:20 a.m. Friday, April 3, 2015, at Memorial Hospital & Health Care Center in Jasper.

Nicky was born April 13, 1953 in French Lick, Indiana, to Richard and Esther (Harris) Stackhouse. He married Sherry Wininger on July 1, 1988.

Nicky was a 1971 graduate of Springs Valley High School. He was previously employed at Styline Industries in Huntingburg in the body shop. He was a member of the French Lick American Legion Post #76. He had served in both the United States Air Force Reserves and the United States Army Reserves.

He is survived by his wife, Sherry Stackhouse of French Lick, daughter, Donna Montgomery of French Lick and two grandchildren. He is also survived by his brothers, Richard Stackhouse of Bedford and Steve Stackhouse of French Lick and his sisters, Ricki Willoughby of Bedford and Kim Wilkinson of West Baden

Preceding him in death were his parents and his sister, Glenda Breedlove.

Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Monday, April 6, 2015, at T.L Pinnick Mortuary, 785 South Bears Bend Rd., French Lick, with Rev. Terry L. Pinnick officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery in French Lick with military graveside rites by the French Lick American Legion Post #76. Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Monday, April 6, 2015, at T.L Pinnick Mortuary.
