Nicky Dion Grubb, 59, Otwell

Nicky Dion Grubb, 59, of Otwell, passed away Saturday, March 25, 2023, at 8:31 p.m., surrounded by his loving family.

Nicky was born on June 26, 1963, and is the son of Cecil and Marcia (Hamm) Grubb.

Nicky was a diesel mechanic and truck driver, owning his truck for most of his life. He would help anyone who would ask without any hesitation. Nicky enjoyed his motorcycles and restoring old cars. He was a jokester and would always put a smile on everyone’s faces. He loved his family more than anything in this world, and they will miss him dearly.

Nicky is survived by his wife, Candace (Smith) Grubb; father, Cecil Grubb; children, Christin Wyant, Nikki Ice, Adam Grubb; step-daughter, April Bruce; grandchildren, Landen Wyant, Paisley Ice, Gemma Ice, Bristal Grubb, Sophie Bruce, and Spencer Bruce; favorite dog, Rizzy.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Marcia (Hamm) Grubb; and his sweet pup, Buster.

Visitation for Nicky will be on Wednesday, March 29, 2023, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Home, with a service from the American Legion Riders starting at 6:00 p.m.
