Nathan R. Leinenbach, 38

Nathan R. Leinenbach, 38, of Ireland, passed away at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, July 6, 2015, at home.
Nathan was born on June 30, 1977 in Huntingburg, Indiana to Stan and Claudette (Fromme) Leinenbach. He married Lori Haase on June 10, 2006 in St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Ireland, IN.
Nathan worked in sales for Uebelhor and Son’s in Jasper and was a farmer in Ireland.
He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Ireland, where he enjoyed volunteering with the church picnic, and was on the board of the preschool. He also organized various fundraisers to help families in need.
Nathan was a member of the Ireland Lion’s Club, the Ireland Sportsman’s Club, and was the president of the Ireland Youth Sports, where he had coached since 2006.
He was a graduate of the Jasper High School class of 1996 and was a co-captain and 2nd Baseman on the 1996 High School State Champion Baseball Team.
He enjoyed fishing, hunting, was an avid Chicago Cub’s fan, and enjoyed spending time with his children.
He is survived by his wife, Lori Leinenbach of Ireland; one daughter, Gabrielle Leinenbach of Ireland; two sons, Ryne Leinenbach and Isaac Messersmith, both of Ireland; father, Stan Leinebach of Ireland; two sisters, Brehan Leinenbach and Meghan Buchta and her husband Luke, all of Jasper;
Preceding him in death was his mother Claudette Leinenbach and an infant sister Augusta Leinenbach.
Funeral Services for Nathan Leinenbach will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, July 10, 2015, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Ireland, Indiana, with burial to follow in the St. Mary’s Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 9, 2015, at the Becher-Kluesner Downtown Chapel in Jasper, Indiana.
