Murder mystery event to benefit Child Advocacy Center

The Southwestern Indiana Child Advocacy Center Coalition is sponsoring a murder-mystery fundraiser on Saturday, Nov. 9, at St. Benedict’s Monastery Event Hall, St. Ferdinand Drive. The theme is “Kickback: A Decade of Difference.”

“A Decade of Difference” will celebrate SWICACC’s 10 year anniversary and include a murder mystery drama, silent auction, cash bar and food. In addition to cash donations, the group is seeking donations of food and items for the silent auction.

The theme is 10-year class reunion and participants are invited to come dressed in their school spirit outfits.

Appetizers will be served from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. St. Benedict’s Brew Works and Monkey Hollow Winery will offer a cash bar. There also will be a silent auction. The main event will begin at 7:30 p.m.

The event is open to those ages 18 and older.
