Monna L. Bredhold, age 79
Monna L. Bredhold, age 79, of Huntingburg, Indiana, passed away at 10:46 a.m. on Monday, October 1, 2012 at St. Mary’s Medical Center in Evansville.
She was born August 31, 1933 in Pikeville, Indiana to Bill Kays, Sr. and Eva (Bayer) Kays. She was united in marriage to Edward Bredhold on November 11, 1954 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Huntingburg.
Monna formerly worked at Kays Grocery; was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church where she was active in church functions and helped with bereavement dinners; and enjoyed bowling for many years.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Eva & Bill Kays, Sr.; her daughter, Debbie Jo Bredhold; one brother, Bill Kays, Jr.; her stepmother, Hilda Kays; and one stepdaughter, Patricia Perkins.

Funeral services for Monna L. Bredhold will be held at 10:00 a.m., E.D.T., on Friday, October 5, 2012 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Huntingburg with burial to follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery (Huntingburg).
Friends may call for visitation at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg from 2:00-8:00 p.m., on Thursday. A parish vigil prayer service will be held at 2:30 p.m., Thursday, at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to a favorite charity.
