Braun believes many of the principles that allow businesses to grow and prosper can be applied to state and local government. “As a job creator I understand how much we need common sense conservative leaders who know how to lead in an extremely competitive economy,” Braun stated in a press release. “We need a smarter government that understands money in the hands of the taxpayer is always preferable to money in the government coffers.”
