Michele K. Schuelke, 46

Michele K. Schuelke, 46, of Jasper, Indiana, formerly of Lafayette, Minnesota, passed away at 8:14 p.m. on Thursday, October 9, 2014, at The Waters of Huntingburg in Huntingburg, Indiana from complications due to Huntington’s Disease.

Michele was born in Cutbank, Montana on July 27, 1968 to Dwayne and Cindy (Berg) Dahlen.

She was a member of the New Ulm High School class of 1986.

She was an avid Minnesota Vikings fan.

She is survived by her mother and stepfather, Cindy Kreilein and her husband Keith of Jasper; son, Nicholas Schuelke of Lafayette, Minn.; two brothers, Dennis Dahlen and his wife Kim and Thomas Dahlen and his wife Michelle, all of Jasper; two stepsisters, Amy Weisman and her husband Chris and Nicole Hurrle, all of Jasper; several nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death is her father, Dwayne Dahlen.

A Celebration of Life visitation will be held from 4-7 p.m. on Thursday, October 16, 2014, at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Jasper.

There will be no burial at this time.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Huntington’s Disease Society of American, Indiana Chapter, or to Gentiva Hospice.
