Michael L. Persohn, age 63 of Jasper, passed away at 6:47 p.m., Tuesday (August 14th, 2012) at home.
He was born February 9, 1949 in Jasper, IN to Harry F. and Alberta (Haas) Persohn. He married Dorothy Schepers on June 25, 1974 in Jasper.
He had worked in furniture manufacturing industry for many years and retired from O.F.S.
He was a member of St. Joseph Parish. He enjoyed umpiring softball games, playing cards, being outdoors, and going to casinos.

Funeral services for Michael Persohn will be held at 3 p.m. on Tuesday (August 21, 2012) at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Jasper, with burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery.
Friends may call from 2:00 p.m. until the 3:00 p.m. service time at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Jasper.
