MHS Walk for Wellness to take place June 14

Residents are invited to attend the MHS Walk for Wellness at the Dubois County Health Department on June 14, 2023. The fair offers a variety of free health screenings, educational tables, giveaways and much more.  

Including the following: Mental Health & Substance Abuse Information, Healthy Family Planning & Child Safety, Dental & Vision Screenings, Domestic & Sexual Assault Information, Information on Vital Records, Immunizations & Environmental Services, Blood Pressure Checks & Wellness Information, Weather & Preparedness Information.

Also, FREE at the Fair: Earn a $30 voucher for Shoe Sensation. Enter the drawing to win a free bike. Bottled water Fruit and Snow Cones
