Memorial Hospital hosting a Farmers’ Market starting in May

Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center is sponsoring a Farmers’ Market in order to provide hospital employees, visitors, and local residents with the opportunity to purchase fresh, healthy produce from local farmers and growers. The Farmers’ Market will take place every other Wednesday beginning May 23 through October 3, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. in the East Parking Lot along Ninth Street. The next Farmer’s Market will be held on Wednesday, May 23, 2012.

Products sold at the Farmers’ Market are limited to fresh farm products including: fruits, vegetables, herbs, nuts, honey, and eggs. There is no cost for vendors to participate.
