Memorial Hospital combines Industrial Medicine and WorkWell services; hosting ‘Time Out for Business’
To better meet the needs the employers and to integrate Memorial Hospital and Health Care Center’s employer-based health care services, Memorial Hospital consolidated Industrial Medicine (IMED) and WorkWell services into Memorial Health Employer Services. The office is located in the previous IMED location at 695 W. 2nd Street, Suite 1A, in Jasper.
Historically the departments of IMED and WorkWell have provided employer-based health care, whereby IMED focused on occupational health and worker’s compensation services and WorkWell served as a near-site health and wellness clinic for several area employers. This transition allows for extended hours, integration and continuity of care, and a larger team of experienced staff dedicated to serving the needs of area employers. Daniel Hedinger, FNP-BC is the provider for Memorial Health Employer Services.
The Jasper Chamber of Commerce is hosting “Time Out From Business” at Memorial Health Employer Services for area businesses to meet the staff and get more information on available services. Refreshments will be available. The event will be held on August 29, 2019, from 4 – 6 p.m. at 695 W. 2nd Street in Jasper.
