Memorial Family Care closing to move to new location
On September 10, 2018, Memorial Family Care, currently located on First Avenue in Jasper, will close to allow providers Mark Luff, MD, Kristen Bree, FNP, and Jessica Collins, FNP to move to their new location.
The clinic will reopen Tuesday afternoon, September 11, at 966 Bartley Street, Jasper, in the new Little Company of Mary Medical Complex.
The clinic name will change to Memorial Health Family Medicine.
