Mary Marie Brooking, 72, Paoli

Mary Marie Brooking, 72, of Paoli, formerly of Bedford, passed away on Friday, September 22, 2017, at the Paoli Health and Living Center, Paoli.

Born January 19, 1945, in Orange County, Indiana, she was the daughter of Elmer and Maudie Marie (Taylor) Morgan. She married David Brooking; and he preceded her in death on June 21, 2012.

Mary worked at numerous Nursing Homes and Hospitals as a CNA.

She is survived by her sons, Steve (Angie) Brooking, Jeff (Rita) Brooking and Michael (Cindy) Brooking; daughter, Melissa (Kent Fender) Wiseman; 11 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two sisters; two brothers; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; and one brother, Anthony, in infancy.

Funeral services will be at Noon on Monday, September 25, 2017, at the Ferguson-Lee Chapel of Thorne-George Family Funeral Homes, with Jay Bennett officiating. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery, Orleans.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the service hour at the funeral chapel.
