Mary C. Lange to receive Distinguished Citizen Award

Mary C. Lange will be honored with the Distinguished Citizen Award at a banquet hosted by Scouting America’s Buffalo Trace Council on Oct. 7, 2026, at the Ferdinand Community Center.

The Distinguished Citizen Award recognizes individuals who have demonstrated outstanding service and commitment to their communities. The Buffalo Trace Council describes the event as “a community-centered Scouting event, rooted locally and built to make a lasting impact close to home.”
