Marvin J. Klueh, 63

Marvin J. Klueh, 63 of Ferdinand died Tuesday February 26 at The Timbers Of Jasper. He was born April 15,1949 in Huntingburg to Gilbert J. “Boots” & Virginia (Schum) Klueh.
Marvin was a graduate of Indiana University School Of Journalism with a Bachelors Degree. He was a amateur photographer, and had showings in The Kemp Gallery in Jasper, Chicago Access Gallery, Hogs Gallery, Holland, In., and Gallery One in Chicago. His photographs were published in Astronomy Today Magazine. He was an active member of Cornell University’s Bird Research. He was a cook at The Schnitzelbank, in Jasper and The Covered Bridge in Ferdinand. His hobbies include photography, cooking and baking. He loved his faithful dog ONYX.
Surviving are his companion, Mary Barrett of Chicago; two brothers, Ronald and his wife Helen Klueh of Knoxville, TN and Kenneth Klueh of Joshua Tree, CA; two sisters, Mrs. Albert (Imogene) Kunkler of Ferdinand and Mrs. Duane (Maureen) Verkamp of Louisville, KY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother and father and one brother, Howard Klueh.
Funeral services 10:00 AM Friday in St. Ferdinand Catholic Church, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8:00 PM Thursday & 7 to 9:30 AM Friday at Becher Funeral Home, Ferdinand. Memorial contributions may be made to Dubois County Humane Society or The American Cancer Society.
