Martha Sue Schepers, 67

Martha Sue Schepers, 67, of Celestine, Indiana, passed away at 10:18 a.m. Sunday, October 26, 2014, in St. Mary’s Medical Center in Evansville, Indiana.

She was born in Huntingburg, Indiana on March 9, 1947 to John and Alvena (Nordhoff) Schepers.

She was a graduate of Dubois High School Class of 1967. Martha was a member of St. Celestine Catholic Church, St. Ann’s Society, served on prayer line and the Red Hats Society. She enjoyed crocheting and all kinds of card games and computer games.

She is survived by her sisters, Marilyn Lampert and husband Hilary, of Celestine and Ruth Ann Boyer of Dubois; brother, Kenneth Schepers of Huntingburg; several nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death is one brother, Maurice Gene Schepers also one nephew Glenn Schepers.

Funeral services for Martha Schepers will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, October 30, 2014, in St. Celestine Catholic Church with burial to follow in St. Celestine Cemetery.

Friends may call from 2-8 p.m. Wednesday, October 29, 2014, at the Becher-Kluesner North Chapel in Jasper.
