Martha Catherine (Hightower) Warnsman, 79

Martha Catherine (Hightower) Warnsman, 79, of Huntingburg, Indiana and formerly of Oakland City passed away on Sunday, May 5, 2013 at The Timbers of Jasper.

She was born October 28, 1933 in Princeton to Warner “Cubby” and Dorotheia (Arbuthnot) Hightower, who both preceded her in death.

She was a member of Tri-Kappa in Oakland City. She was also a Girl Scout leader.

She is survived by her husband of 61 years, James David Warnsman; children, Deborah (Ed) Rodimel of Washington, Cathy Hayes of Oakland City and David (Heather) Warnsman of Bloomington; 10 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; sister, Carol (Gorden) Guimond of Pensacola, FL; brother, Robert Hightower of Oakland City; and several nieces and nephews.

Private Family Services will be held at a later date in the Smoky Mountains. Corn-Colvin Funeral Home in Oakland City is assisting the family with arrangements.
