Martha Annabel Richardson, 91, Petersburg

Martha Annabel Richardson, 91, of Petersburg, passed peacefully into the presence of her Lord on November 22, 2023.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Garfield and Maude (Hunley) Davis; nine brothers and sisters; and one grandchild.

Her husband, Donald F. Richardson, died on November 4, 2015, after a brief illness.

Their thee children survive her, Debbie (Mike) Gilbert of Woodburn, Ky, Ken (Malinda) Richardson of Winslow, and Rea (Jim) Henning of Winslow; grandson.

Michael Gilbert of Woodburn, Ky., preceded her in death.

She was a Christian who loved the Lord and cared deeply for her family. She attended Anderson Chapel Church, where her son and daughter-in-law are co-pastors. She enjoyed singing and quilting, but everything took a backseat to God and family.

Funeral services will occur at 2:00 p.m. EST on Sunday, November 26, 2023, at O.D. Harris Funeral Home in Petersburg, Indiana, with Pastor Eddie Willis officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Cemetery in Winslow, Indiana. Visitation is from 1:00 p.m. EST until the time of the service at the funeral home.
