Marsha L. Witt, 57, Jasper

Marsha L. Witt, 57, Jasper, passed away at 4:00 a.m. on Tuesday June 21, 2016, at home.

Marsha was born on January 24, 1959 to Earl and Doris (Hopkins) Witt.

She was a 1977 graduate of Barr-Reeve High School. She then graduated from the LPN Program at Vincennes University. Marsha was employed at Northwood Retirement Community in Jasper, where she had worked in the medical records department for 34 years. She was an LPN for over 38 years. She enjoyed reading, doing crossword puzzles, and being with family.

She is survived by four sisters, Thelma Witt of Jasper, Virginia Witt of Jasper, Wilma Watters and companion Terri Duvall of Casey, Ill. and Peggy Carrico of Jasper; two brothers, David Witt of Triangle, Va. and Donald Witt and his wife Phyllis of Shoals; three nieces, Robin Piper and her husband Bill, Missy Pierce and Kortni Brown (Goddaughter) and her husband Cody; two nephews, Jim Witt and his wife Heather and Lonnie Hill; great-nieces and nephews,
Casey Blair, Clayton Blair, Michael Witt, Eli Witt, Evan Witt, Micah Pierce, Lexi Hill, Zander Hill and Nathaniel Hill; several other nieces and nephews

Preceding her in death besides her parents are one sister, Linda Hill, and two brothers, Bill and Johnny Raymond Witt.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, June 24, 2016, at the Becher-Kluesner North Chapel in Jasper.

Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. until the 1:00 p.m. service time at the Becher-Kluesner North Chapel in Jasper on Friday, June 24, 2016.
