Marlou H. Clark, 84, of Jasper, passed away at 4:00 a.m. Friday, January 8, 2016, at the Timbers of Jasper.

She was born at Washington, Indiana on April 10, 1931 to Ernest and Lora (Kidwell ) Hopkiins. She was married to James A. Clark who preceded her in death.

Marlou was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and a 40-year member of the Jasper Moose Club in Jasper.

Her hobbies were playing bingo, Bunco, roller skating and playing cards.

She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer R. Beamon and husband Andy of Vincennes; sons,
Paul “Shorty” Clark and wife Cheri of Jasper, Dave A .Clark and wife Sandra of Jasper, Greg D. Clark and wife Rose of Jasper and Brian (BC) Clark and companion Christina of Jasper; sisters, Maxine Haag of Indianapolis and Margie Cochran and husband Elsie of Indianapolis; eight grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Preceding her in death is one son, Ronald J. Clark; two grandchildren; brother, Donald Hopkins; also, a longtime companion Hubie Fisher.

Funeral services for Marlou Clark will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, January 11, 2016, at the Becher-Kluesner North Chapel in Jasper with Burial to follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery in Loogootee, Indiana. Fr. Gary Kaiser will officiate.

Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Becher-Kluesner North Chapel in Jasper. Women of the Moose will hold a memorial service at 5:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
