Marjorie J Houchin, 86, of Petersburg, Indiana, passed away Wednesday, September 3, 2014. at Golden Living Center in Petersburg, Indiana.

She was born June 15, 1928 in Pike County, Indiana, to William and Gussie (Black) Thompson. Marjorie was a homemaker. She is preceded in death by her husband, Orvest (correct spelling) Houchin, November 17, 1976; and a sister, Lucille Harris.

Graveside services for Marjorie J. Houchin will be held at 2:00 p.m., EST on Friday, September 5, 2014, at Ashby Cemetery in Winslow.

There will be no visitation. Nass and Son Funeral Home has been entrusted with the funeral arrangements.
