Marilyn Sue Kemp, 72

Marilyn Sue Kemp, age 72, of Huntingburg, Indiana, passed away Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at her residence.
She was born July 29, 1941 in Oakland City, Indiana, to Paul Charles and Dorotha Mae (Ankrom) Kemper.
She was united in marriage to Gail N. Kemp on June 16, 1961 at Emanuel Church in Huntingburg.
Marilyn was a retired laundromat attendant and homemaker. She was a member of the Huntingburg United Methodist Church, Order of the Eastern Star, and Huntingburg High School Class of ’59.
She was preceded in death by: her parents; one brother, Morris Kemper; and two sisters, Phyllis Kemper and Tina Boyd.
She is survived by her husband, Gail N. Kemp of Huntingburg; one daughter and son-in-law, Christine Ann (Chad) Willis of Huntingburg; one son, Michael William Kemp of Huntingburg; one brother, Mark Kemper of Huntingburg; by seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life service for Marilyn Kemp will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 24, 2014 at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg. Reverend Paula Young Mayberry will officiate at the service.
Friends may call for visitation at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg from 1-7 p.m., on Saturday.
The Order of the Eastern Star will conduct a vigil at 5:00 p.m., Saturday, at the funeral home.
