Marie W. Moser, 88

Marie W. Moser, age 88, passed away at 9:20 a.m. on Monday, January 27, 2014, at St. Charles Health Campus in Jasper.

Marie was born in Italy, Texas on August 13, 1925 to Joseph and Phoebe (Ridgeway) Watson.

She retired from dietary department at Floyd Memorial Hospital, where she had worked for many years.

She was a member of Shiloh United Methodist Church in Jasper.

She enjoyed watching Indiana University basketball.

She is survivediby two sons, John Moser III and Westel Moser, and his wife Lisa, both of Jasper; five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; two sisters, Louise Jones, of Harlem, Ga. and Bonnie Colvett, of Pulaski, Tenn.

Preceding her in death are four sisters, Thelma Erwin, Lila Beddingfield, Alpha Bevels, and an infant, Jane Watson, and five brothers, Burt, Robert, Werner, Joseph, and Alton Watson.

A Memorial Service for Marie W. Moser will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 30, 2014, at Shiloh United Methodist Church in Jasper, Indiana. Burial will follow at a later date. Pastor Larry Van Camp will officiate.

Friends may call from 9:00 until the 11:00 a.m. service time on Thursday at the church.
