Margaret O. Huff, 79, Ferdinand

Margaret O. Huff, 79, Ferdinand, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2016, at Scenic Hills Care Center in Ferdinand.

She was born in Birdseye on Feb. 5, 1937, to Verner Milton and Olive (Cook) Andry.

Ms. Huff was a custodian at Pine Ridge Elementary School for 30 years. She enjoyed shopping, going for walks and being with family.

Surviving are a son, Steven Ray (Mary) Huff of St. Anthony; two daughters, Marsha Lynn Seger of Bretzville and Joan (Brian) Metz of Ferdinand; two brothers, Verner (Mary) Andry Jr. of Florida and Harold Andry of French Lick; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Jim Seger.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Becher Funeral Home in Ferdinand. Jeff Seger will officiate. Burial will be in Mentor Cemetery.

Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. Thursday and after 7:30 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
